Position Overview
The Barman at the Kowloon Bar manages daily bar operations, crafts exceptional cocktails, and delivers an unforgettable guest experience. Known for its classic cocktails, including non-alcoholic variations, the Kowloon Bar blends tradition with adaptability. The Barman also ensures seamless beverage service for Fay's Lounge, offering a high level of professionalism and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and serve classic and signature cocktails, including non-alcoholic options.
- Manage end-of-shift responsibilities, including closing the till and reconciling payments.
- Oversee bar inventory, ensuring adequate stock of ingredients and supplies.
- Provide attentive service to guests in both the bar and Fay's Lounge.
- Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high-quality service.
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area, ensuring compliance with health standards. - Create a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the Kowloon Bar's reputation.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a mixologist in a luxury or high-volume setting.
